Managing Partner

Hans leads the Firm’s corporate and transactional practice, advising clients on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, legal audits, due diligence and regulatory compliance matters. Drawing on extensive experience in both government and the private sector, he delivers strategic, business-oriented legal solutions aligned with clients’ commercial objectives. Hans personally oversees complex corporate engagements to ensure partner-level involvement, legal certainty, and long-term risk management.

Partner

Tegar heads the Firm’s dispute resolution and litigation practice, representing clients in commercial disputes, criminal matters, and regulatory enforcement proceedings. His practice focuses on dispute prevention, case strategy, and strong advocacy in negotiations, investigations, and court proceedings. With a pragmatic and results-driven approach, Tegar ensures that each dispute is managed decisively, professionally, and with a clear focus on achieving the best possible outcome for clients.
